Price
Overpriced for the quality of the food and drinks, but the ambiance is so damn good that it's worth every penny.

Atmosphere and Dress
Overlooking the Hudson River, this is the perfect place to go when the weather is beautiful.

When to Go
It gets super-crowded on the weekends and it's tough to grab those sweet water tables. 3pm or 4pm is the best chance of snagging a great seat and a great view.

Other Notes
It's only open from May through September.

Isn't that ilegal, Larry.

Shame on you, Larry, for suggesting we break the law just to get a little piece of action. Sure any girl you do this with will have such an adrenaline rush that the sex would be awesome. Add to this the fact that you could be in store for an impromptu manage-a-trios when the sexy female boat owner catches you.

In any case, I'm just really surprised by your comment, dude.

Make-out opportunity!

After you're done dining and drinking, you can take your sweetheart for a romantic walk along the waterfront. Point out the obvious boat basin where NY's elite store their floating palaces, and if you're really adventurous, you can hop the gate late at night and try to sneak onto one of these river-homes.
